WLR Apartments is the internal brand of WLR Training Group, whose main activity is the organization of training throughout Poland. Due to the high demand of our listeners for accommodation in Warsaw and a poorly developed accommodation base at that time, we decided to provide our students with the possibility of accommodation in Warsaw as part of organized events.

Initially, we were renting apartments for the day only for participants of our trainings and speakers. Currently, everyone has the opportunity to use accommodation in our facilities. We are present on the pages of the largest intermediaries (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) by providing our services for clients from around the world.

If you want to reserve accommodation in our facility, we encourage you to contact you earlier. Thanks to this, you will get the possibility of earlier arrival or the opportunity to stay longer in the room on the day of departure completely free of charge. Through prior contact, the whole booking is extremely flexible and adapted to your needs. If you are not sure if you will stay in Warsaw for 2 or 4 days we will block the apartment for you for 4 days and you on the day of departure you decide whether you will stay without incurring any financial consequences.

By booking directly you have the ability to cancel/change your booking even on arrival. For guests who visit us regularly, we have low, unrivaled prices that are set individually.

We care about the cleanliness and good condition of our apartments with particular care. In the event of a breakdown or other unexpected situations, we try to act immediately and we always offer the most optimal solution for the guest.

On request, we offer transport from the airport or to the airport and from other locations. We offer the possibility of daily cleaning of the apartment for longer stays, additional towels, exchange of bedding and more. In the case of a demand for any additional service, please contact us in advance (before making a booking) in order to obtain the best prices and discounts and, above all, the certainty that your request will be able to be met.

We make every effort to ensure that our guests feel extremely good and we always try to provide the best comfort. In many apartments, there is a self-checking system (self check-in) which requires taking several steps to collect the keys (we always send accurate instructions). However, if you do not feel strong and prefer someone to personally give you the keys, then please contact me earlier.

Certainly, someone from WLR Apartments will arrange with you for the right hour in a specific place to transfer the keys. You can also take the keys to the guest to the indicated address. In each of these cases, prior contact with us is necessary.
